Prices shown are for the property per week, and are based on 2 - 6 people in 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
We can accept payment in Euros or Sterling equivalent, either by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
We can also offer weekend breaks (2-3 nights) for €300 from October to March. Come to Forges les Eaux for a cosy log fire break!

- In addition, we have made it a policy to ensure that the house will be stocked with the following items before your arrival: toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, teatowels, dustbin liners, all cleaning equipment, and basic kitchen condiments - salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, herbs & spices, etc.
To help get you started, you will find at the house a comprehensive file of information about the attractions of the area, and restaurants, plus maps and guide books to borrow.
N.B. Please bring own towels. We are able to supply towels for those of you travelling by air - please ask.
Booking
Before booking, please contact us to check whether your required dates are available, and click here to read the Rental Terms and Conditions (opens in a new window). You will find these are fairly standard, and include payment of a 25% non refundable deposit on booking, the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday, at which time we also require a €300 deposit against breakages/damages which will be refunded after your holiday obviously minus any deductions due. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal (4% surcharge). Once you have contacted us to confirm that you wish to make a provisional booking, we will send you a booking form and hold the booking for you for 5 working days, to give you time to return your signed booking form and pay your deposit, and we will then send you a letter to confirm your reservation. 8 Weeks prior to departure, you will need to settle the balance of the rental and the security deposit. On receipt of this balance, we will send you a final confirmation letter and information pack including instructions on how to find the property and contact details of our property managers. After departure, your €300 security deposit will be returned promptly, minus the charge of any non-local telephone calls itemised for the period.
